What is included in the $115 first lawn treatment?
The $115 casual or first visit includes treatment for suitable lawn weeds, weeds in garden beds, paths and driveway edges, lawn-feeding support, a growth-slowing treatment, and pest or grub treatment when it is needed and appropriate for the lawn.
How does the $90 monthly lawn treatment work?
After the first visit, the $90 monthly option provides ongoing treatment to keep weeds under control and support a healthier, more manageable lawn. There is no lock-in contract and you can cancel at any time.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The monthly lawn treatment is a cancel-any-time service with no lock-in contract or cancellation penalty.
When can children and pets go back onto the lawn?
Keep children and pets off treated areas until the application is fully dry and follow any longer site-specific direction provided by the technician or product label. Drying time varies with weather and the treatment used.
Should I mow before lawn weed treatment?
Avoid scalping. The preferred timing varies by treatment because enough leaf may be needed for identification and uptake. Ask before mowing if the booking is close.
What if it rains after lawn spraying?
Rain-fast timing differs by product. We consider the forecast and provide instructions for the treatment used; a visit may be postponed if rain would affect performance or create runoff risk.
Should I water after the treatment?
Follow the instructions given at the visit. Some applications need a dry period while others may require watering in. Do not assume one rule applies to every treatment.
How long before weeds start to die?
Visible response can take several days or longer and varies by weed, growth stage, weather and treatment. Persistent grassy weeds or sedges may need planned follow-up.
Can you treat buffalo, couch, kikuyu and zoysia lawns?
We can assess these turf types, but product suitability differs. The lawn and target weed must be identified before a selective treatment is chosen.
Do you treat lawns that are mostly weeds?
Yes, but removing a large weed population may reveal bare soil. A staged plan and separate recovery or renovation work can be more realistic than expecting thick turf after one visit.
Is brown lawn always caused by lawn grubs?
No. Heat, drought, overwatering, scalping, shade, disease, chemical damage and insects can look similar. Grub treatment should follow physical evidence.
Do you mow lawns?
No. Brisbane Lawn Treatments provides treatment rather than mowing. Growth regulation may help reduce vertical growth when suitable, but normal mowing is still required.
Can you treat garden beds and driveway weeds at the same visit?
Yes, these areas are included within the standard confirmed scope where treatment is suitable. Lawn, bed and hard-surface targets may use different application decisions.
